RULES AND INFORMATION

We do not take credit cards. Cash, check or money orders are accepted.

All reservations are from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-In time is 3:00pm on Saturday.

Check-out time is 10:00am on Saturday.

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the rental.

The balance is due one week prior to arrival.
-
Fully furnished for complete housekeeping.
-
Cottages should be left in the same condition as found.

Some pets are allowed. Please call for details.
COTTAGE CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations are considered as commitments for the full period requested. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of cancellation of any cottage reservation, the deposit will be refunded, less a service charge of $25.00, only when the cottage has been re-rented for the same period.
